1. Domestic Shipping Options & Rates

We use reputable South African courier services to ensure reliable, door-to-door delivery.

Note: Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and South African public holidays.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Order processing: All orders are processed, packed, and handed over to our courier partner within 1 - 2 business days.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional transit days for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
  • Order Cut-off: Orders placed after 1pm will be processed the following business day.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) and a link to the courier's website to track your parcel.

4. Shipping Restrictions & Limitations

  • Delivery Address: We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. Please ensure your delivery address is a physical address where a person will be available to sign for the parcel during business hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
  • Signature Required: For security, all courier deliveries require a signature upon receipt. If you are not available, the courier will attempt re-delivery or contact you to arrange a suitable time.
  • Regional Deliveries: Delivery to regional or remote areas may take longer than the estimated delivery times.

5. Damages, Lost, or Delayed Orders

Lefa Supply is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we will assist you in the claim process.

  • Damaged Packages: If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately at sales@lefasupply.co.za and provide photos of the packaging and the damaged item(s). You must retain all packaging materials and damaged goods.
  • Lost Packages: If the tracking information shows delivery has failed or the parcel is severely delayed beyond the estimated time, please contact us so we can open an investigation with the courier partner.
